Wallet / Account-Balance Terms

Version 1.0Effective 2026-07-03

Your clazz.lk "account balance" lets you hold funds to pay for classes, courses and other items on the platform, operated by Panoralink Business Solutions (pvt) Ltd (PV 00286766).

1. Topping Up

You can add funds via our licensed payment partners, by redeeming a gift voucher, or by an approved bank-deposit slip subject to verification. Funds are held and processed through licensed payment providers.

2. Restricted Balances

Balances funded by gift vouchers or promotions may be "restricted" — usable only with specific educators or for specific purposes, and not withdrawable as cash. Restrictions are shown when the credit is issued.

3. No Peer Transfers

Account balances are for your own purchases on the platform. You may not transfer your balance to another user.

4. Using & Refunding Balance

At checkout we apply available balance first and, where needed, collect the remainder through a payment partner. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Educator Withdrawals

Educator earnings are withdrawable to a verified bank account, subject to identity verification and any minimum threshold, under the Teacher Terms.

Nature of Your Account Balance

Your account balance is a record of prepaid value that you can use to pay for items on the platform. It is funded only through electronic means — our online payment gateway, bank deposit or bank transfer — and never by handling physical cash. It is not a bank account or deposit, is not covered by any deposit-insurance scheme, and does not earn interest. Payments are processed through licensed payment providers. Panoralink Business Solutions (pvt) Ltd (PV 00286766) does not act as a bank or a licensed financial institution. Restricted (voucher or promotional) balances are not redeemable for cash.
