These Student Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Panoralink Business Solutions (pvt) Ltd (PV 00286766) ("we", "us"), the operator of clazz.lk. If you are under 18, the account must be created and these terms accepted by your parent or legal guardian, who is the contracting party and is responsible for your use of the platform.

1. Account & Eligibility

Your account is personal and non-commercial. You must not share your account or login with anyone, and you are responsible for activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information at registration.

2. Enrolment & Access

Access to a class, course, quiz or recording is granted for the item and period you purchase. Some classes are sold on a per-month basis and access is limited to the month(s) covered. We may apply device limits and recording view limits to protect educators' content; these are shown before or at purchase.

3. Payments & Account Balance

Prices shown at checkout include applicable platform charges and taxes. Payments are processed through our licensed payment partners. Your account balance and its use are governed by our Wallet / Account-Balance Terms.

4. Use of Content

Content is licensed to you for your own learning only. You must not download (except where a download feature is provided), copy, record, re-sell, share or redistribute any class, recording or material. Educators retain ownership of their content.

5. Conduct

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines, and behave respectfully towards educators and other students.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, our policies or applicable law, or to comply with a lawful directive.

8. Nature of the Service

clazz.lk is a marketplace that connects independent educators with students. We do not employ educators and are not responsible for the accuracy of, or outcomes from, their content. See our Disclaimer.

Limitation of Liability

The platform connects independent educators and students and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panoralink Business Solutions (pvt) Ltd (PV 00286766) shall not be liable for: the acts, omissions, content, conduct, accuracy, quality or results of any educator, student or other user; any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss; or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, however arising, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, even if we were advised of the possibility of such loss.

Where our liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims connected with the platform is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) LKR 10,000. These limits do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or to any right or remedy that cannot be excluded or limited under the Consumer Affairs Authority Act No. 9 of 2003 or other applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms from time to time and, where changes are material, will ask you (or your guardian) to accept the updated version.
